Ok ya'll.  I have my group website up and running - at least the bare bones of it.  I was wanting some advice, from the other teams and researchers on here, of groups that they trust to refer people to, anywhere in the US or Canada, and books and websites that they have found helpful as paranormal resources.

The reason that I am asking, is that I am trying to build up the resource section of my website - but in the 5 years since the original site was built, I know a lot has changed.  As most of you know, I am firmly in the scientific research camp, not into groups that haphazardly use psychics, spirit boards, or seances.  I am also not big on groups that view all orbs as scientific proof.  I want to find some like-minded groups out there that I can use as resources for my investigations, build relationships with, and have on the site as a reference in case someone in their area contacts my group for help.

A link to what?   Huh?  I am not asking for postings on my group website...since you cannot post on it anyway...lol

I am asking for you all to recommend other groups - here on this thread - that would be good resources to include on my site.

I also want book/website recommendations, from you all, that you think are good resources for paranormal research.

My biggest problem with liberals is they have no problem with the killing of an unborn baby, but cry about a terrorist being water boarded.

I have yet to find someone that I can agree with wholeheartedly. They either think the orbs thing that you mentioned, or they charge for ghost hunting lessons...there's always something that turns me off.

I find the best thing is just to read everything you can get your hands on and pick out the nonsense and learn from the good things.

I think anyone will be hard pressed to find people who have all the same ideas about paranormal phenomena, and Im not sure it would be beneficial to do that anyway.  But things like charging for certificates and stuff like that, especially when they dont have any kind of accredidation, is also a problem for me.  The other problem I see sometimes is people flaunting fake degrees.
