Well that helps rule out the sleep paralysis. LOL But that's a good thing, you should try to rule out the normal stuff it could be before jumping to the horrible stuff. You'll feel much more in control if you can do that.
So next, think about are the lights on? Did you just turn them off or have they been off awhile? Are there any outside lights coming in from outside?
Then you think about does your carpet have a pattern or a texture? What about your blankets? If you don't think you're seeing shapes in them, then it's one more thing you've ruled out and it will help you find an answer. :)

Yup my lights are out when i go to bed theres no street lights these are like small figures so i don't think they come from out side or my hard wood floor or covers .Maybe its just me and I'm just nuts :) Ive posted in another tread about seeing red balls flying across a green sky someone said it could be Nero but Ive just had a brain scan and other test last week because of other problems I'm having and the DR Said my brain was beautiful but my back is messed up like she didn't have to tell me that i have scoliosis duh But when i told her about the red balls flying across a green sky she said mmmmm very interesting LOL Like I'm sure she never heard that before I relay think I'm a alien and the red balls flying across the green sky is my alien world i know I'm crazy LOL But Ive seen the red balls flying across the green sky as long as i can remember they start off flying clump together then the start separating i keep hoping i will see something in the clear green sky i even looked on the web for this i cant find anyone Else who sees the red balls its relay weired! Hi Gabby, my name is Tony. It's funny because you start off like everyone else I know to be genuine, "you might think I'm crazy" or "I don't want you to think I'm nuts".
I have also experienced the red balls of light that you have spoken of...
It was around 11 pm at night and I was outside smoking a cigarette when I noticed a red ball come out from the side of my neighbors house across the street. It moved slowly and like fluid (not jerky). It cast a soft red glow on the walls of the house and then it disappeared into thin air, like it blinked out or took off at a high rate of speed.
A couple of things that I noted was that there were skunks roaming about beneath the red ball and it didn't seem that they were phased by it. Also, the person living there had lost her husband in the house a number of years prior to this incident. So, in my mind I was thinking...1) swamp gas from the skunks?, 2) the soul of the neighbors dead husband?, 3) something related to extraterrestrials and ufos?
The only thing I do know for a fact is that what I witnessed was REAL and I feel priveledged to have seen it, what are the odds of seeing something like that in a life time... ???
